Addiction Recovery

At Care NW, we provide specialist residential and supported living services for individuals recovering from addiction and substance misuse challenges, supporting people within safe, structured, and supportive environments focused on stability, recovery, wellbeing, and long-term independence.

We understand that addiction recovery is a highly personal journey and that individuals may also experience associated mental health needs, trauma, behavioural challenges, housing instability, social isolation, or difficulties maintaining routines and independence. Our approach is therefore compassionate, non-judgemental, and person-centred, focusing on supporting individuals to rebuild confidence, stability, and control over their lives.

Our services are designed to provide varying levels of support depending on individual needs, ranging from lower-level supported living through to more structured residential environments and enhanced one-to-one support where required. We provide safe and stable settings that help individuals move away from crisis situations and develop healthier, more independent lifestyles.

Support may include assistance with daily living, emotional wellbeing, relapse prevention, developing routines, medication management, attending appointments, accessing recovery services, budgeting, education, employment opportunities, and rebuilding social and family relationships.

We recognise the importance of consistency, trust, and positive relationships in supporting recovery. Our experienced teams provide structured and encouraging support designed to help individuals maintain progress, reduce risks, and achieve positive long-term outcomes at a pace that is appropriate for them.

Care NW works closely with families, social workers, commissioners, NHS services, addiction recovery teams, mental health professionals, probation services, and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure support is coordinated, responsive, and aligned with each individual’s wider recovery and support plan.

Our aim is not simply to provide accommodation and support, but to help individuals build stability, improve wellbeing, develop independence, and move forward towards safer, healthier, and more fulfilling futures.
