Support may include assistance with daily living, emotional wellbeing, relapse prevention, developing routines, medication management, attending appointments, accessing recovery services, budgeting, education, employment opportunities, and rebuilding social and family relationships.
We recognise the importance of consistency, trust, and positive relationships in supporting recovery. Our experienced teams provide structured and encouraging support designed to help individuals maintain progress, reduce risks, and achieve positive long-term outcomes at a pace that is appropriate for them.
Care NW works closely with families, social workers, commissioners, NHS services, addiction recovery teams, mental health professionals, probation services, and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure support is coordinated, responsive, and aligned with each individual’s wider recovery and support plan.
Our aim is not simply to provide accommodation and support, but to help individuals build stability, improve wellbeing, develop independence, and move forward towards safer, healthier, and more fulfilling futures.
